Today... I Weighed 205...
Bill & I went for another brisk walk, not quite as far though. I had blueberry patch light fat free yogart for lunch. A salad and 2 scoops of BBQ pulled pork for dinner. Lots of water...
I feel ok, I am anxious for the loosing to begin. I weighed though and I am 205, which is muchly down from my 215 high last month.
