I didn't walk or run. So I did arm weights. Over my head and up for the bottoms and then up from my knee for uppers. Then I found that by standing with my feet together, my arms towards the floor in front of me, and with 12 lbs in each hand, if you lift your arms outwards, it is REALLY difficult! New exercise!!
