Today...I Weighed 205

Today was fucked up. That is just the only way to say it. I was awoken at 1:30 a.m. to the sound of 4 battery backups going, "BEEP" "BEEP, BEEP". The damn electric had gone out. I wake up scared and confused!

We were up until 4:30 am. I got back up at 7 am to prepare for the day. Went to a networking meeting of http://www.GulfCoastPartners.org , which I am the chairman of the membership committee, I am going to Tx next week so it would not have been nice to miss today.

I ordered only coffee with skim milk... Suprise the hell out of me! I wore the white blouse with small red flowers and the peony pink blazer from www.OldNavy.com women's plus section. It is a little tight in the arms, but the shirt is killer. They both go well with blue jeans. It was an ok meeting. Alot to do.

Afterwards, I met a couple of the ladies down the road at Perkins and again succome to only coffee, this time black. I spent the next three hours (seemingly only 1 or so) in delightful company. I have never so truely enjoyed being in a crowded restaurant and NOT ordering food.

Small fight with Bill on my disregard for his time. I said I was sorry. I really didn't do it on purpose, and he didn't tell me he had anything to do that I remembered. But we worked it out, he understands I regret and will strive to be more considerate and he will try to be more patient with me. I think I did sell a website today though to the coolest person.

The rest of the day, Bill & I went back to the Village Inn for a late lunch today. I had the french dip and 5 fried today. Then came home and worked for a bit, at 9 I got up and went and started on the runner and remained for 32 minutes. I was sweating like a hog. Then 10 arm curls with one 12 lb weight in each hand, 10 over the head pulls, and then I stood up, put my feet together, let my arms hang. Then as I slowly lift me arms outwards like a plane, something in my tummy hurt. So I eased back down, and did it a 2nd time, this time this ?muscle? took me to the ground. IT HURT! it is the muscle that runs down the middle line of your tummy.. I didn't even know that exsisted... much less could hurt like that. So I get back up and proceed to slowly do 10 more, the last VERY sloppily.

After showering, and eating a fat free blue berry patch Yoplait yogart, I am BEAT! Goodnight and I hope you have had as good of a day as I have...
