Today I weighed 200 In The A.M. & 198! In The P.M.

I ran/walked today as well as did weights again.... They are getting a little easier, but still ache...
I had a McFlurry, Oreo for lunch. I was hungry and upset. It was 12:30, I don't think it will hurt me that much. 2 hot dogs and pickles for dinner.
I am tired. VERY tired..
