Hey, that is cool. Just have to keep with the yogart. And the exercise...
I got up at 7AM and got dressed for my networking meeting. Jean skirt, navy/blue/tan and white sweater short sleeve top, and these strappy tan sandels that my feet use to (not too very long ago) be to fat to fit in!
I went out at 6:30 and I ran most of the way up the beach to where I went to yesterday. I walked back and outwalked my neighbor and her "friend". It was fun. Then I lifted weights and I did 15 each! I feel better for some reason.
