Go figure.. and guess what? Chinese food for dinner, I hadn't eaten all day, and I walked/ran too... Both heels have blisters and my legs HURT!

Today I weighed 200 In The A.M. & 198! In The P.M.

Yea! 198!

I ran/walked today as well as did weights again.... They are getting a little easier, but still ache...

I had a McFlurry, Oreo for lunch. I was hungry and upset. It was 12:30, I don't think it will hurt me that much. 2 hot dogs and pickles for dinner.

I am tired. VERY tired..

Today I Weighed 200...

Hey, that is cool. Just have to keep with the yogart. And the exercise...

I got up at 7AM and got dressed for my networking meeting. Jean skirt, navy/blue/tan and white sweater short sleeve top, and these strappy tan sandels that my feet use to (not too very long ago) be to fat to fit in!

I went out at 6:30 and I ran most of the way up the beach to where I went to yesterday. I walked back and outwalked my neighbor and her "friend". It was fun. Then I lifted weights and I did 15 each! I feel better for some reason.

I am excited. I walked and ran most of the way back down the beach today. It HURTS! My legs specially calves hurt like hell... I am good tired.

Had a few chicken wings near noon for lunch, chinese for dinner...

About Lee

I grew up in a couple of small, rural East Texas towns. I moved to Florida in 1997 and I now reside at the beach, Indian Rocks Beach with my fiance', Bill and our cat Fred. I am a web designer, Captive Moon (so I sit on my butt all day.) and I also have 3 servers and provide web hosting, Sins Web.

After exhausting every tactic, pill, and "trick", I am more obese than when I started out at a wopping 225lbs.

So I am taking a new approach. Exercise. Go figure THAT it might work!

The most difficult task was to begin. I began on 03/09/05.

To help myself continue each day since I can look back on each small triumph and reaffirm my constitutional.

I have a backbone and I will use it.
